4. CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

AS Technoweb relies on this cancellation and refund policy to guarantee your satisfaction and fulfillment. In certain situations, you may not be satisfied with our services for the reason that is out of our control. Under such situations we may process the refund under the following condition:

• AS Technoweb will carry on our promises of taking every project to the final stage and finishing it as per your necessity. But if you are not satisfied with our services then the refund will be processed only when things truly go out of our hands.

• At AS Technoweb, we will work out to find a solution on which both of us can agree. Despite it, if you want a refund, we request you to contact us for the final answer before we proceed with the refund.

   OUR REFUND ELIGIBILITY

We have given the cancellation and refund policy related to each of our services. So, we suggest you carefully go through each of our services refund eligibility before choosing us for services.

1. GRAPHIC DESIGN/LOGO DESIGN:

FULL REFUND: You will be permitted a full refund if the early design of the project has not been certified or approved and 3 days before the commencement of the project. In such cases, a full refund policy will take place.

PARTIAL REFUND: You can avail partial refund if there is a failure from our side after the consent of the initial design styles, we will release the partial refund according to the proportion of the work we completed.

NO REFUND: You can not avail of any refund once the project is started or completed.

2. WEB DESIGNING AND DEVELOPMENT:

FULL REFUND: You will only be permitted a full refund 3 days before the commencement of the project.

PARTIAL REFUND: You can ask for a partial refund if we fail to complete the projects as per our contract of agreement. We will issue the partial refund according to the proportion of the work we have done on the project.

NO REFUND: You can not avail of any refund once the project is started and if the project is completed.

3. DIGITAL MARKETING AND SEO SERVICES:

As Google and other search engines update and change their algorithm of ranking every week/month, so we do not have any control over the policies of the search engines. Getting rank on search engine result pages may take a longer time, even after the commencement of the projects. In some cases, search engines may also drop the ranking for an unknowable and predictable reason.

So, AS Technoweb will not be responsible for such kinds of changes made to your website by another party website that may also strike your ranking in SERP.

Our digital marketing and SEO service require an ample amount of resources and time to put together the right strategies which may also lead us to incur internal charges.

NOTE: So, Our Digital Marketing and SEO services are non-refundable.

PROCEEDING OF REFUND:

• Partial refunds will be processed within a maximum of 30 business days from the date of cancellation. 
• A full refund will be processed within 30 business days.
• Refunds will be paid either by check or credit card.
